Privacy Policy

This website, forkliftrentals.co ("the site"), is operated by Forklift Systems Incorporated ("we," "us"), doing business as Forklift Rentals by Forklift Systems. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and the job details you provide: equipment, job ZIP code, dates, rental length, and delivery or pickup.
• Usage and device data. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics, such as the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location, and your device and browser type.
• Advertising data. If you reach the site from an online ad, we keep the ad's click identifier (for example, a Google click ID) and the campaign tags in the link. They are stored in your browser and sent with your quote request, so we can tell which ads lead to real rentals.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and confirm your rate, availability, and delivery.
• To route your request to the rental desk for your area, based on your job ZIP code.
• To send you an email confirming what you asked for.
• To manage our customer relationships in our CRM system.
• To measure and improve the site and our advertising.
• To meet legal, tax, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics, advertising, and spam protection

The site uses Google Analytics, which uses cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. We may also use Google Ads measurement tools to see which ads lead to quote requests and calls.

Our quote forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not an automated program, is sending the form. To do that, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Sharing

Information you submit is shared internally with our rental, sales, and service teams. It is also shared with the service providers that operate our website, forms, email, CRM, and analytics on our behalf. We may share information when required by law.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry and customer records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You can opt out of marketing contact at any time.

To review, update, or request deletion of your information, email [email protected] or call (615) 255-6321. We may keep records we are required to keep.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision.
